Respect
Our fundamental belief in the value of all of creation is at the heart of our work and is embodied through reciprocity, collaboration, restorative and transformative practices, and consensus building in design, deliberation, evaluation, and co-learning.
Right-Relationship
How we treat one another and the world around us matters. By paying attention to and approaching power dynamics thoughtfully and whole-heartedly, we are able to have more joy, creativity, connection, authenticity, and capacity to deal with and transform the systems and issues that challenge us. We understand that systemic oppression and trauma can erode right relationships. So, we contribute more time, energy, resources, and intention to building relationships in which we can all learn, grow, laugh, and play.
